BEWARE - IT'S A BAD CHOICE. We stayed here back in 2011and it was a good hotel. Despite noticing the nominal rating, we decided to stay here without actually reading the reviews, assuming we'd have a similarly good experience. Unfortunately, now in 2024, it's a bargain basement hotel in poor condition and nominally cleaned at best. I'm surprised it has maintained it's franchise with Marriott. It's by far the worst Marriot brand hotel I've ever seen in more than 40 years of hotel stays. If you need a cheap option, try a true bargain brand that's not masquerading as a mid-tier hotel. Then perhaps, it'll at least be properly cleaned. This hotel cuts costs, turning a profit by luring in unsuspecting travellers by virtue of its brand and location who often wouldn't likely return either way - so, why care? And they don't. If you're wondering why a Marriott brand hotel is so cheap, that's the reason. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel.

No bar soap in the room at all. I had to go to the desk and ask for it. They seemed surprised when we I had to ask for it. None of the ice machines worked on any floor. Again they seemed surprised I we told them. Rooms was clean and comfortable. This is a Francise hotel. Owners need to pay mor attention to detail.

I am a BonVoy member, and I love to stay with Marriott Hotels because they are usually all very clean. HOWEVER....that was not the case with this hotel! This was the worst Marriott we have ever stayed at. We booked a Jacuzzi Room on the app. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they just remodeled and there were no more Jacuzzi rooms. We were fine with that. That was no big deal to us. We went to our room, just long enough to put our stuff in the room, and we left for the evening. We didn't really get to look around. When we returned that night and was preparing to relax for the rest of the evening, we started to notice everything. This room was dirty! There was dust on everything. And whoever painted the room, did a terrible job. There were paint drippings on everything. The commode quit flushing in the middle of the night. Luckily, my husband knows how to fix that stuff and fixed it. The shower was so hot, we couldn't stand it. It was either too hot or too cold. Nothing in between. The only good thing that this hotel had going for it was the nice girl that checked is in. That's the only reason why I have it 2 stars.

This hotel is probably the worst hotel in the Washington PA area. It is advertised as being conveniently located to the Tanger Outlets & Meadows Casino when in fact it is not. There are other hotels conveniently located, but this is not one of them. The rooms are very old and dated and the shower in my room was dirty. The breakfast service was poor and they ran out of food before breakfast hours were over.

The hotel is run down and the rooms shabby. Signs say they are under renovation but no 'new' rooms available. Would avoid this hotel. Charged our credit card for incidentals and didn't refund (we had not charged anything). Trying to get it refunded.
